Best Western Plus Coachella Valley Inn & Suites

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus! The staff was soo helpful, professional and accommodating! The rooms are spacious, very clean, with a small fridge, microwave, sitting area, dividing/partition wall separating bedroom from livingroom, 2 televisions, 1 for each room, and lots of space for your clothes. Bathroom was big and very well lit. Elevators were quick and had 2 instead of 1 like most hotels. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good and the eating area is big! But my favorite thing was the large coffee dispenser in the lobby! Available 24 hours! It serves different kinds of hot coffees (ex: Lattes, cappuccino, espresso, mocha, black coffee, hot chocolate. And hot water for their selection of hot teas. It was awesome! Last, the location is great! Right off the 10 frw. Next to a drive thru Starbucks, a Mc Donald's, across from Goody's and Denny's, and right down the street from Inn n OUT and Del TACO 🌮. Oh and a small taco truck with delish food. I mean, across the light and comes at night only! Okay, one more thing, you are 2 minutes away from the Agua Caliente Casino!

Customer service was great from the time we checked in to the time we checked out! The lobby was clean, coffee station on site was amazing and of course very polite staff. Our room was more than what I expected! The bathroom was clean, huge and perfect for my handicap son! The counter space was perfect! The beds were clean and made to perfection! We had two.dressers and 2 tvs in the room! More than what I expected! The sleeper soft was great! I slept perfectly well! The closet was in a perfect spot! Lighting was perfect because we got to choose which lights we wanted on. The ac was amazing! Kept the room perfectly chilled. I have to say I we were highly impressed and pleased, we will surely book again!

We were allowed to check in early, and that was great after a 2 hour car ride in the heat. Got settled and enjoyed the pool before heading out across the way to the casino for a concert. The location was great,several eating choices around the hotel. Plenty of parking and breakfast was ok.

Room was very clean and massive, almost TOO big. It looked like they could have fit three queen beds in the room easily. The breakfast was substantial and the staff was helpful.

The 1 bedroom King Suite is quite like a 1 bedroom apartment. I would definitely recommend that particular room for anyone who is planning an extended stay. It makes a wonderful home away from home if you are going to the desert on business or pleasure.
