Friendly and knowledgeable clerks about the hotel and the area around the hotel, like immediate care center, or near-by places to eat, or shopping places. Quiet hours for sleeping. Cleaning ladies were very hard-working. Location of hotel was very convenient for us. Elevator was always in working order and arrived quickly to my floor.

Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and moist, the sausage patties were good and there was a good variety of breads to choose from. There were also two Belgian waffle makers available. It was nice to have a hot meal.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were quiet. I had a 2 bdrm suite with kitchen and it was perfect for our stay. Towels were clean. Location was perfect, quick access to freeway and short drive to restaurants. We stayed for Coachella Music festival and the drive was not bad at all we did about 25 min or less each day. Would stay here again but I'm sure they are booked for Coachella every year.

The breakfast was great. It had a good selection and all food items were of good quality. There was a great coffee machine that made lattes, espressos, etc. The pool was a good place to cool off after a hot day. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk lady was really helpful at check-in and accommodated our request for a room with a bathtub. This hotel is a real oasis of quality and comfort in the desert.

Everything was pleasant! The room was spacious, clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Fast food's and Starbucks in the area. Bus station (bus Nr. 4 to downtown) 12 min by walk. Felt safe, would stay here again!

Everything about my stay was wonderful! The room was spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and I felt very safe throughout the facility. I would stay here again!

The room was fantastic - we booked a room with a single king bed that ended up being a beautiful suite. It was one of the last remaining rooms in the property for the dates we selected, so we had low expectations. However, the room exceeded our expectations, and we wish that we could've stayed longer. The staff were very kind in accommodating our late check-in time and were very pleasant altogether.
